Account & data deletion

Delete your Pluna account.

Pluna is operated by Eryndor AI. Sign in with the same account you used in Pluna to verify your identity and schedule deletion.

Start with identity verification.

We use Kinde sign-in only to confirm that the account belongs to you. You do not need the Pluna app installed.

Cannot sign in? Email support@eryndorai.com from the address on your Pluna account. We may ask for additional verification.

What happens next

A reversible window, then a permanent purge.

    Today

    Your account is marked for deletion and the 30-day grace period begins.

  2. 02

    During the next 30 days

    You can cancel the request by signing in to Pluna and choosing to reactivate your account. Reactivation restores access and cancels the scheduled deletion.

  3. 03

    After 30 days

    The purge permanently removes the account and associated data from our primary systems. It cannot be undone.

Deletion scope

What deletion covers.

The purge removes your Pluna account and product data, including:

  • Goals, milestones, commitments, and progress history
  • Conversations, messages, observations, and summaries
  • Push tokens and account preferences
  • Google Calendar connection, encrypted authorization credentials, and Pluna-managed Calendar metadata
  • We also request deletion of your Kinde sign-in identity and profile data

Limited retention

What may remain.

Eryndor AI may retain limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records only where required to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. These records are kept only as long as required and are not retained as an active Pluna account.

Residual encrypted backup copies are overwritten through the ordinary backup rotation cycle. See the Privacy Policy for the canonical retention terms.

Subscription billing

Cancel store billing separately.

Deleting your Pluna account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel an active subscription in your store account to prevent future renewal.
